Crews do last minute preparations at Oscars red carpet

HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES -- In less than a day, Hollywood's biggest stars will walk the red carpet at the Dolby Theater with the hopes of winning a coveted Oscar.

Crews did last minute preparations to get the carpet ready for the slew of actors, actresses, directors, composers, costume designers and other various movie crew members who will strut their stuff.

The area near the theater buzzed with excitement. Visitors from all over the world were amazed by the giant set up and strolled along the sidewalks to take a peek at the preparations.

Some fans said they would be coming back Sunday to try and get a glimpse of a famous face.
