Investigation underway after person shot at Vons store in Glendora, authorities say

GLENDORA, Calif. (KABC) -- An investigation is underway after someone was apparently shot inside a Vons grocery store in Glendora.

The reported shooting happened just before 9 p.m. Monday at the store on Foothill Boulevard near Grand Avenue.

According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, one person was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.

Police have not released any other details about the incident.
