Chargers: Rivers to Williams becoming a lethal combination

COSTA MESA, Calif. (KABC) -- Los Angeles Chargers 15-year veteran quarterback Philip Rivers and second-year receiver Mike Williams are starting to develop into a lethal combination.

The pair hooked up for two touchdowns against the Los Angeles Rams last weekend.
