LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- An ongoing property-line dispute between actress Minnie Driver and a Hollywood Hills neighbor is now set to go to trial.
Daniel Perelmutter, 74, pleaded not guilty to a contempt charge. Driver accused Perelmutter of yelling profanities, scaring her children and jumping in front of her car. Last year she was granted a temporary restraining order.
Perelmutter said Driver is unwilling to seek a solution.
"I couldn't get anything worked out with anybody who would listen," he said outside of court Thursday. "With a wall you can't negotiate. And she's a wall."
Driver's representatives say the restraining order issued by the court speaks for itself.
The non-jury trial is set for August.
