MONTEBELLO, Calif. (KABC) -- Schurr High School in Montebello is passing out internet-equipped smartphones to students, thanks to a corporate grant from Sprint.
The company is providing 2,500 devices as part of its 1Million Project, designed to bridge the digital divide for 1 million high-school students who lack internet access at home.
