Lawsuit against LAPD, city accuses excessive force against homeless man

VENICE, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The attorney representing a homeless man filed a federal civil rights lawsuit Tuesday against the Los Angeles Police Department and the city of L.A. accusing officers of using excessive force.
