Lynwood shooting leaves 1 hospitalized

LYNWOOD, Calif. (KABC) -- One person was hospitalized after they were found shot in Lynwood.

Police responded to the 4500 block of Blount Place near Atlantic Avenue around 8:30 p.m. Friday.

Officers found a victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to the hospital. Their condition is not known.

Police have not released a suspect description. An investigation is ongoing.
