SANTA BARBARA, Calif. (KABC) -- A 19-year-old man struck by Elliot Rodger's car during the deadly rampage described the terrifying moments.
Nick Pasichuke said he was long-boarding down the street when he was hit.
"Out of nowhere, get swooped up by a car and thrown about 50 yards," he said. "The next thing I know, I'm on the ground, can't move my legs."
Pasichuke's father says his son has suffered one broken leg, a broken ankle and fractures to his face.
