Fatal officer-involved shooting reported in Burbank

BURBANK, Calif. (KABC) -- Police said a fatal officer-involved shooting occurred Thursday in the 1400 block of Broadway in Burbank.

According to the Burbank Police Department, the South Pasadena Police Department visited a home in Burbank to serve an arrest warrant for a woman in a case involving identity theft. Police shot and killed a man in the house.

According to authorities, the officers are OK and there were no other injuries.

The Burbank Police Department will handle the criminal investigation of this incident.
