
A million dollars worth of stolen Lego products were recovered during a traffic stop in the High Desert.
Deputies responded to Silver Queen Road regarding suspicious vehicles in the area on Wednesday. When they arrived, two large trailers fled the area and were eventually pulled over, according to the Kern County Sheriff's Office.
When they searched the trailers, they found large amounts of Lego products. Investigators say they had been stolen while transporting the products from Texas to Moreno Valley.
Jose Lopez, 37, of San Bernardino, Ruben Lopez Flores, 25, of Los Angeles, and Freddy Hernandez Polinar, 35, of Chino were arrested.
They are facing charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, cargo theft and conspiracy.
