Mood, clothing, posture may cause chronic back pain

Back pain is one of the most common health complaints among adults, with 45 percent of women complaining of discomfort.

Experts say too much stress can lead to chronic pain, as can high heels and tight clothing. Bad posture can also contribute to the problem.
