Suspect crashes into semi-truck at end of chase in City of Industry

CITY OF INDUSTRY, Calif. (KABC) -- A suspect who was being chased by police crashed into a semi-truck in the City of Industry Monday morning.

The crash happened near Nelson and Ardilla avenues shortly before 10 a.m.

A view of the wreckage from AIR7 showed the front portion of a silver sedan wedged under the side of the semi.

A passenger was trapped inside the car, forcing firefighters to rush in and cut them out. The driver was taken into custody.
