LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- As the Dodgers head to the World Series, some fans are showing their team spirit in rare, vintage gear.
Eli Glancy, a Los Angeles-based collector, runs the Instagram account VintageDodgers.
His page is filled with thrifted, one-of-a-kind Dodgers memorabilia, from retro jackets to cartoon-themed tees, all available for sale.
"I think the best part of this business is diving deep and digging for these pieces," Glancy said.
Glancy spends hours scouring local thrift stores, eBay listings and Depop to find gear that reflects both the team's history and the craftsmanship of a bygone era.
"A lot of clothing these days isn't made as well as it was in the '70s, '80s, or '90s," he said.
Glancy says his passion all started with his grandfather, a lifelong Dodgers fan who has held season tickets for decades. What began as a personal hobby has grown into a profitable side hustle, especially during the postseason rush.
"That jacket would sell in my shop for anywhere between $100 and $200," Glancy said, showing Eyewitness News a bright blue satin Dodgers coat.
Each order comes with a personal thank you note: a small gesture that keeps his growing community of fans coming back.
Glancy says he's always on the hunt for his next big find.
"If you have any vintage merchandise, I'm your guy! I'll buy all of it," he said with a smile.
Glancy hopes to open his own store one day. For now, you can find his full collection on Instagram at @VintageDodgers.
If you see something you like, just send him a DM.
