Sudden downpour causes minor flooding in Redlands
In spite of minor flooding in Redlands, the Inland Empire escaped mostly unscathed Thursday amid extreme heat and thunderstorms.

REDLANDS, Calif. (KABC) -- A sudden, fast-moving downpour caused minor flooding in Redlands Thursday. The water overwhelmed storm drains and flowed onto roadways.

The wild weather is due to moisture from Hurricane Linda in the Pacific off Mexico.
