Man dies after being shot inside Rialto home; suspect sought

RIALTO, Calif. (KABC) -- A man was shot and killed inside his Rialto home, police said. A suspect remains outstanding.

The shooting happened in the 500 block of East Second Street around 9:30 p.m. Friday. According to police, Raul Perez Zaragoza, 53, was standing inside his home when the suspect began firing shots from outside.

The suspect fled to a car that was waiting nearby, police said.

Zaragoza was transported to the hospital where he later died.

Police said they do not have a motive, and they do not believe Zaragoza knew the suspect.
