LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The annual Los Angeles Rock 'n' Roll Half Marathon kicks off this weekend. Runners and Halloween lovers dressed as ghosts and goblins will fill the streets of Los Angeles to raise money for a good cause.

Organizers say this will be the ASPCA's fourth year as the benefiting charity of the marathon.

"We're so grateful to the Rock 'n' Roll series and all the participants racing on Sunday, raising awareness for the ASPCA and all the animals we serve," said Tina Reddington with the ASPCA.
