X-Wing fighter lands in Hollywood for 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story' premiere

HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES -- An X-Wing Starfighter landed on Hollywood Boulevard as preparations for the premiere of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story got underway.

The replica was assembled for the highly anticipated blockbuster film, which will premiere at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood on Saturday.

Hollywood Boulevard was scheduled to be closed between Ivar and Argyle avenues as crews prepared for the big debut.

Rogue One: A Star Wars Story will blast onto a big screen near you on Dec. 16.

The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of both Lucasfilm and this station.
