San Bernardino police said shortly after 2 p.m. the department received a 911 call reporting an armed woman was attempting to get into a home near 6th Street and Garner Avenue.

The caller then hung up before providing information on their location. Officers headed to the neighborhood where the call originated from and began canvassing the area.
