Teen on bicycle struck, killed by Santa Ana School District truck

SANTA ANA, Calif. (KABC) -- A 13-year-old girl riding a bicycle was struck and killed by a Santa Ana Unified School District truck in a crosswalk on Monday.

Authorities say the accident happened at Edinger Avenue and Center Street just before 8 a.m. Priscilla Vallejo was declared dead at the scene.

The truck driver was not injured and was cooperating with police. No further information was immediately released.
