Man killed in South Los Angeles shooting

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A 29-year-old man was fatally shot in South Los Angeles Friday night.

The shooting took place at about 9:40 p.m. Friday in a driveway on the 100 block of West Colden Avenue, Los Angeles Police Department Lt. A Neal said.

The victim was rushed to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

It was unclear if the shooting was gang related. No witnesses were found.

"We didn't locate any witnesses last night," Neal said. "We don't have a whole lot to go on right now."
