'Suicide Squad' cast went through 'group therapy' drills to prep for roles
The PG-13 film "Suicide Squad," opening Friday, features a team of villains on a dangerous government mission.

The members of this "Suicide Squad" are described as "the worst of the worst" criminals on the planet.

Director David Ayer put together the best cast he could find to play this baddest of the bad group.

And to make sure his actors felt like a "squad," he held many intense rehearsals, that the cast later referred to as like group therapy.

"I've never had a cast that I knew this much about our childhoods and experiences with families and first girlfriends and boyfriends - stuff we wanted to keep under wraps until now," said Will Smith, who plays Deadshot.

"Suicide Squad" is rated PG-13 and is playing in theaters this weekend.
