NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla. -- No bicycles in the drive-through lane. Police in Florida busted a man who insisted on getting his Taco Bell order, even though employees said no bikes were allowed.

New Smyrna Beach police said Gabriel Harris, 33, was denied service in the drive-thru just after 3 am Sunday, the Daytona Beach News-Journal reports. The fast-food workers called the cops after Harris refused to leave.

Police say when they responded, Harris was drunk and had a red Swiss Army knife on his belt loop. When an officer tried to take the weapon, Harris grabbed the officer's arm. He was then wrestled to the ground and handcuffed.

He is now charged with resisting arrest with violence.
