Woman shot in Torrance bowling alley parking lot dies

TORRANCE, Calif. (KABC) -- A 27-year-old woman died after being shot in the parking lot of a Torrance bowling alley Saturday morning.

Torrance police received a call at 12:45 a.m. regarding a shooting that occurred in the parking lot of Gable House Bowl, located at 22501 Hawthorne Boulevard.

The woman, identified as Mytatiyana Conner, was transported to a nearby hospital and was listed in critical condition. She was taken into surgery, but succumbed to her injuries. She was pronounced dead at 9:10 a.m.

Three men were arrested in connection to the incident.

It is unclear if the shooting was gang related. The investigation is ongoing.
