TORRANCE, Calif. (KABC) -- A fatal collision shut down multiple lanes of the northbound 405 Freeway in Torrance Friday morning.
The crash involving two vehicles happened around 5 a.m. near the Artesia Boulevard exit.
One person was killed and two others were critically injured, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
Four lanes of the freeway were shut down immediately after the accident, but all lanes reopened just before 8 a.m.
