Van Nuys suspect search: At least 1 arrested

VAN NUYS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A search was underway Monday for robbery suspects in Van Nuys.

Police say the suspects tried to steal a Jaguar on the 4400 block of North Sepulveda Boulevard. They fled the scene and the LAPD set up a perimeter to search for the suspects in the area of Kester Avenue and Victory Boulevard.

At least one suspect was taken into custody. It was not immediately clear how many others were at large. One suspect was reportedly armed with a gun.
