Pacific Wheel lights up pink to honor Dolly Parton
The Pacific Wheel on the Santa Monica Pier lit up pink on Tuesday night to honor the passing of Dolly Parton. The iconic Ferris wheel featured pink hearts, pink stars and a pink spiral.
