NEW YORK (KABC) -- The jury in Sean "Diddy" Combs' sex trafficking trial reached a partial verdict on Tuesday, agreeing to four of the five counts after deliberating for about 12 hours. They are stuck on the top charge, racketeering conspiracy.
Judge Arun Subramanian brought the jury back into the courtroom and told them to continue deliberating. The jury will return at 9 a.m. on Wednesday to resume deliberations.
Federal prosecutor Neama Rahmani is breaking down what the speed of the decisions tells us and what he expects will happen next. Could Combs be re-tried for the racketeering charge if the case ends with a hung jury?
