Vietnam War veterans protest Riverside partnership with Vietnamese city

RIVERSIDE, Calif. (KABC) -- More than 100 Vietnam War veterans stood on the steps of Riverside City Hall protesting a sister city partnership with Can Tho, a city in Vietnam.

Protesters said the partnership makes it seem as if the city is ignoring the atrocities committed by the communist government.
