Manhattan Beach Police detectives serving a search warrant on their home discovered 16 strollers, 23 bicycles and scooters.
Investigators say most of the items were taken from homes in Manhattan Beach.
In 2006, the couple was arrested in the theft of 50 bicycles taken from apartments and condos in and near Redondo Beach.
According to police, in those cases, the couple stripped the items and sold the parts on eBay to pay for drugs.
Taraszka is being held without bail on suspicion of possession of stolen property and possession of a controlled substance.
Thompson was arrested on suspicion of possession of stolen property and identity theft. Her bail has been set at $120,000.
