New on DVD: 'Blind Side,' 'Fantastic Mr. Fox'

LOS ANGELES /*Sandra Bullock*/ delivers her Oscar-winning performance in "The Blind Side." It's based on a book by sports writer Michael Lewis, and tells the true story of a homeless teen who is taken in by a well-to-do family in Memphis. His athletic skills are discovered, and grows to become a star athlete both in college and the NFL.

Oscar winning actor /*Jeff Bridges*/ offers a supporting role in another new film on DVD, "The Men Who Stare at Goats." /*George Clooney*/ plays a psychic spy. Ewan McGregor's a reporter who researches the world of experimental psychic U.S. military units during the Iraq War.

You'll also hear Clooney in another new movie. Clooney lends his voice to the Oscar-nominated animated film "Fantastic Mr. Fox." His character is a wily fox who outsmarts the local farmers and steals their chickens. The movie also features the voice work of Meryl Streep, Bill Murray, Willem Dafoe, and Owen Wilson.

Animation of a different kind returns to DVD and Blu-ray with special editions of "Toy Story" and "Toy Story 2." One bonus with these new releases is a sneak peek at the upcoming "Toy Story 3."

Another family-friendly film is released straight to DVD shelves. In the fourth installment of the series, "Free Willy: Escape From Pirate's Cove" stars /*Bindi Irwin*/ as a youngster who helps a stray whale find its way back to is pod. The film marks the "Crocodile Hunter's" daughter's feature film debut.
