The 50-by-40-inch painting is being sold online by Australian artist Brett-Livingstone Strong. Fans or collectors can start placing their bids Wednesday evening. The minimum bid is $2.75 million.
The colorful portrait is titled, "The Book." It depicts Jackson in a red velvet jacket, clutching a journal.
The auction is scheduled to end April 17.
