3 women nabbed for alleged Glendale break-ins

GLENDALE, Calif. A witness said that the three women knocked on his door near Valley View Road and Parkwood Drive. When he answered the door, the women asked him for directions to the freeway and then left.

Later, the witness saw the women knock on his neighbor's door. When no one answered, he says he watched the group try to break through the door.

Police caught the women on the 1500 block of North Columbus Avenue. They had burglary tools in the trunk of their car.

The suspects were identified as 20-year-old Sukari Joiffron of Compton, 20-year-old Valerie Acosta of Compton and 23-year-old Ziara Cannady of Los Angeles.
