Jesse James involved in dueling lawsuits

LOS ANGELES The biker businessman was a fixture in a Los Angeles courtroom this week. He spent two days watching and listening to jury selection - a rare exercise for a sued celebrity.

The 41-year-old is expected to testify and will likely attend all the proceedings.

James is also embroiled in a custody dispute with his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder. James had been expected to attend a hearing in that case next week, but it may be postponed.
