Investigators say the girl was intoxicated when the suspect, identified as Hugo Enrique Barrientos-Cano, took her to another room and sexually assaulted her.
The girl's family confronted the suspect the next day before calling police. Barrientos-Cano met with investigators and was later taken into custody.
