On Wednesday, San Bernardino police arrested 20-year-old Robert Michael Jones for the murder of 16-year-old Jarrell Campbell.
On Feb. 19, Campbell was shot and killed at a party on the 7800 block of Cunningham Street in Highland.
Jones is at Central Detention Center and was held without bail. Police did not have a motive for the murder.
