The crash happened on Kenton Lane near Copper Hill Drive.
The owner of the house didn't hear the crash, but the commotion afterward got her out of bed. She said she awoke to her dogs in a frenzy.
"I noticed there was somebody walking up to my house, asking if somebody else was okay. That's when I knew I had to come down to see what was going on. So I put on my jacket and I came out and there was a car in the side of my house," described homeowner Elizabeth Santiso.
The driver was still stuck in his car when Santiso came down to see what had happened, but he was expected to be fine.
No one else was hurt.
Police arrested the driver, who they say had been drinking.
