An aneurysm is defined as a bulging, weak area in the wall of an artery. While some people are pre-disposed to them, researchers reveal factors that could contribute to rupturing a brain aneurysm:
- Coffee consumption
- Vigorous physical exercise
- Blowing your nose
- Sexual intercourse
- Straining to defecate
- Cola consumption
- Being startled
- Being angry
All are thought to cause a sudden increase in blood pressure, but experts say avoiding most triggers just isn't realistic.
