Tombstones found during drug bust may not be stolen

LOMA LINDA, Calif.

The tombstones were found when police served a search warrant at a home in the 10900 block of Cabrillo Loop on Tuesday.

According to the Sun of San Bernardino, a contractor says he gave the tombstones to 50-year-old John Bleuer because they had mistakes and were going to be thrown out.

Authorities say at least one of the tombstones was traced to a cemetery in Colton. They're still investigating the others.

Bleuer has been charged with possession of methamphetamine and firearms.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to call the sheriff's Central Station at (909) 387-3545. Those who wish to remain anonymous can call WE-TIP at (800) 78-CRIME.
