Stow's family says he was moved to the new facility last week to undergo aggressive therapy to help him become more independent.
Stow, 43, now shares an apartment with two other patients and has full-time assistance. Stow's family says he still needs help dressing and moving and suffers short-term memory loss.
Marvin Norwood and Louie Sanchez, the two suspects charged in his beating, are set to appear in court March 13.
Bryan Stow's attorney is seeking upwards of $50 million in damages against the Dodgers, McCourt and associated entities named in the civil lawsuit.
Stow was left in a coma for several months following the beating.
Both Norwood and Sanchez have pleaded not guilty to one count each of mayhem, assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury and battery with serious bodily injury.
Stow was beaten in the parking lot of Dodger Stadium shortly after the season opener. Police said he was attacked because he was wearing Giants gear.
