The recall affects pouch products in its Baby Stage 2, Tots Mish Mash and Kids lines.
The recalled products have "Best By" dates ranging from Aug. 5 to Dec. 8 of 2014.
Plum Organics spokesperson Kara Flynn said the recall is voluntary and "not a food safety issue." She said consumers who consume the product, however, may "experience some temp gastrointestinal issues such as nausea and diarrhea."
