Willie Mitchell drove up to the parking lot of a Walmart, pulled a gun and opened fire on his co-worker's vehicle.
According to police, Mitchell was angry the car's owner had just been named Walmart's "Employee of the Month." Mitchell allegedly said he believed the victim deserved it and told her "I'm gonna show you."
Mitchell was arrested following the incident and is set to appear in court this week. He has since been fired by Walmart.
