Dylan Lipton-Lesser was born premature and has hearing loss.
The 22-month-old was recently fitted with his very first hearing aids at the Children's Hospital of Richmond, Virginia, and could not stop laughing at the sound of his mother's voice.
The heart-warming video was posted on YouTube and has since gone viral.
His mom says Dylan loves listening to music and laughing.
