South LA family files lawsuit over LAPD's botched fireworks detonation
A South L.A. family filed a lawsuit against the city, saying it hasn't fulfilled its promise to help them rebuild in the aftermath of LAPD's failed detonation of fireworks that practically leveled a neighborhood.
