Tackle body mass by eating breakfast?

Skip the cereal and eggs and you may pack on the pounds.

That's the conclusion of researchers who studied the eating habits of more than 2,000 teenagers.

Experts found a direct connection between eating breakfast, and body mass index.

How does eating breakfast help keep your weight down? Scientists aren't quite sure.

But one factor may be that if you eat breakfast, you're less likely to overeat at other meals, especially if your breakfast includes high fiber foods.
