CelebTV caught the actress leaving Foxtail, a West Hollywood hotspot, after partying until 2 a.m. Friday morning. She was escorted to her car by bodyguards, but took a tumble to the sidewalk. A bodyguard had to pick Olsen up and put her in the car.
She will be turning 22-years-old next week.
