Custodian accused of molesting child

EL MONTE Pablo Fregoso, 53, was arrested Monday and has since posted bail.

Police said a third grade girl claims he touched her inappropriately during recess on April 25 at La Primaria Elementary School.

Fregoso is on unpaid administrative leave pending the outcome of the case.

He has worked for the Mountain View School District for about 20 years.
