LOS ANGELES For more youthful joints try working these foods into your meals -- berries, ginger, avocado, flaxseeds, fish high in omega-3 fatty acid, and soy.

Experts say: try adding berries to your breakfast, add avocado to sandwiches or a salad - and try salmon for dinner.

Also foods high in vitamin C may help block cartilage loss, so add in high vitamin C fruits like oranges and grapefruits into the mix, too.
