Study: Running best way to stay healthy

According to a new study, running is the best way to stay young and healthy well into your 70s and 80s.Researchers from Stanford University say people over the age of fifty who run regularly have fewer disabilities than those who don't.

They're also less likely to die early compared to non-runners.

The findings also suggest aerobic exercise is key to staying healthy as you get older.
