Murdered woman's husband heads to court

James Fayed, 45, is accused of operating an unlicensed money transmitting business.

Prosecutors say he's also the prime suspect in the death of his wife, 44-year-old Pamela Fayed. She was attacked last month inside a parking garage.

Her husband has not been charged in connection with the murder, but prosecutors allege the killer's getaway car was rented with his credit card.

They also say she was cooperating in an investigation of the business the couple owned before her murder.
