Officials: Measles at highest level

In 2008, 131 cases of measles were reported with 15 serious enough to be hospitalized. Experts say most resulted from failure to vaccinate.

Some parents refuse for religious reasons, others fear the vaccines may cause conditions such as autism.

The CDC, however, said these fears are unfounded.
